Important to understand that "Exhaustion" is a badly chosen term. It does not mean fatigued or at the end of energy. It means at worse the expression of feedback molecules (e.g. PD-1, TIM3. LAG3, TIGIT, etc) that reduce the strength of the response to reduce immunopathology, but can be overcome.
