キングの短編を基にここまで不条理な死の世界をぶつけてくるとは思わなかった！
あちこちに散りばめられた死のイメージが強烈だ。一人一人の人生を雑草を鎌で刈り取るようにザクザクと刈り込む。その様は死神が鎌を振るって魂をまとめて収穫しているかのよう。
見せ場はもちろん死の描写だが、この一つ一つがいちいちおかしい。そんな死に方する？ といちいち突っ込んでいたらキリがない。登場して数分後には既に帰らぬ人となっているのだからカウントすればかなりの数がお亡くなりになっているのではないか。特にスズメバチのシーンがお気に入りである。→
