Feels bittersweet to delete my Trackbear account. End of an era!
I had a goal to finish the first draft by the end of the year, but I'm not bothering with a deadline anymore. Instead, I'm setting a small, weekly, attainable goal: write X times per week. No word counts and no expectations except to get my butt in a chair.
I think this is what they call growth.

For any former #nanowrimo participants, I'm seeing some rumours that the NaNo site might be shutting down soon, so if you have data there that you'd like to save, now would be a good time. FYI, you can import NaNo data into Trackbear and save it that way if you want; the Trackbear site explains how.

I love trackbear immensely. It scratches my Bar Goes Up itch perfectly
Are you, like me, a writer who needs to be able to see an actual number go up as you write? And need to see where that number sits compared to the pace you would need on average to reach a goal? There's also functionality that allows friends to follow each others' progress too.
