**Abstract:** This research details a novel methodology for characterizing the velocity-dependent frictional behavior of polymer-metal interfaces, focusing on enhancing both accuracy and predictive capabilities. We introduce a dynamic spectral analysis technique combined with a machine learning (ML) model to capture subtle interfacial phenomena often overlooked by traditional methods. By analyzing high-resolution spectral data obtained from a custom-built tribometer, we can accurately predict friction coefficients across a wide range of sliding velocities, enabling the design of optimized tribological systems with improved performance and durability.
