Trumpism is psychological warfare against Trump supporters. It's a shame.

let's vote Trumpism out!! sixth time's the charm!

This is an endorsement of Nazism/Trumpism
Fuck. She’s doing exactly what I feared. Stevens and Rogers - two Christians, the latter of whom had staffers/volunteers linked to GOP antisemitic group chats - are ventriloquizing Jews in order to pretend that Stevens is betraying the Democratic Party on behalf of / out of concern for Jews.
Haley Stevens stands next to Mike Rogers as he suggests Abdul El-Sayed is a Nazi-type antisemite

(basically "i don't like either of these guys but statist trumpism is much more anti-libertarian than AES")

All over America, people are voting. Lets hope this is truly a seismic change and people are voting not to just vote, but to save America From Trumpism.

Succulents are fucking disgusting and won't exist under Trumpism

True Trumpism has never been tried.

Republicans *could* win them back but it will be one of the longer tails of Trumpism they struggle to.

Trumpism/Orwellian dystopia in 3 panels.

My greatest fear after 2020 was that the second Trump administration would be better prepared in undermining elections in the 2nd term. Their success in gerrymandering heightened those concerns. But laziness and incompetence remain hallmarks of Trumpism.
One thing worth noting about DOJ's last-minute election frenzy: It seems to be freaking out laypeople, but my impression after speaking to election experts is that all this is more like a toddler throwing a tantrum and smearing feces on the wall

The people who want Trumpism forever live in an entirely different world. Literally zero percent of this is an accurate description of reality.

you’re not crushing trumpism. you’re enshrining it.

It's a lot easier to make a fool of someone than to convince them that they've been made a fool.

Trumpism.

In every conceivable way, The Valkeries are the opposite of Trumpism. And that includes winning in 2026.
November 1, 2026 at 3:12 AM
By 2028, the entire country is going to broadly regard Trump as a failure, which means the nationalist right is going to need to find a villain who betrayed Trumpism. And it is going to be very convenient to blame it on Israel for supposedly forcing Trump into the Iran War.
Vance clearly laying the groundwork for "the Jews made me do it"

This is an interesting asymmetry. Few people have thwarted Democratic initiatives more than “moderates” like Manchin or Sinema (or the blue dogs during the Obamacare process). Meanwhile it’s fringe figures like Massie or MTG who have most frequently thwarted GOP initiatives during Trumpism.
nobody wants to hear it but the only real “blue no matter who” types are progressives

the defectors are always, always, the “centrists” and this is true when it comes to passing legislation too
gotta say, the contrast between Haley Stevens’ unhinged crashout and Francesca Hong being a no-drama good sport and supporting Dems up and down the ballot is crazy

That can also describe Trumpism quite accurately

Trumpism fuses pseudo-populism, nationalism, and authoritarianism with predatory capitalism. Its goal is lasting dominance.

To undermine that goal, the Left must understand what makes it unique.
A Midterm Rout Will Hurt the GOP, but Trumpism Will Endure
The Republican Party looks headed for losses in November. But Trumpism will outlast the midterms and even Donald Trump’s own presidency. Defeating it will take a left politics that speaks to working people’s economic pain.

Pretty wild how white women keep sacrificing themselves at the altar of Trumpism in favor of showing solidarity with marginalized ppl - including other women!

A good essay about how Trumpism is self-undermining: in an operational sense you can’t dismantle the federal government and also use its power to make yourself king
New in PN: How Trump destroyed his own dictatorial ambitions

"The United States is about to enter a foreboding final period in an already catastrophically failed presidency. It is difficult to anticipate what further outrages the increasingly feeble-minded failed dictator will attempt to unleash."
How Trump destroyed his own dictatorial ambitions
He burned down the government and self-immolated in the process.

Anti-Zionism is not antisemitism, but progressives are going to need a better vocabulary to talk about when they do overlap, because that is REALLY going to ramp up in the wake of the right-wing Dolchstoßlegende that will blame Israel for betraying Trumpism by tricking Trump into the Iran War.
