Didn't get much but at least I got something from the RS40S / UmKA-1 SSTV transmission recognizing the birthday of satellite operator R4UAB. Automated capture overnight here in Vancouver. No tracking. Antenna aimed S and inclined at 45 degrees.

For completeness, here is the only SSTV image I have received during the current UMKA-1 campaign. Captured yesterday.

Success! Text, audio, telemetry, SSTV image. With satellite RS40S aka UmKA-1. There's the short audio message. I tried repeatedly to translate it from Russian but could only pull out the words "UmKA station". Perhaps others have better success. From this evening's pass over Metro Vancouver.

A basket of riches for SSTV afficionados.
Here's another one. From UmKA-1, one of the 70 cm satellites. Robot36 mode. More challenging but shorter duration image transmissions.

Finally a little 70 cm SSTV action, from UmKA-1, and now up to three audio recordings from HADES-SA. Decoding handled by SkyRoof. Tuning with @SDRplay RSPdx. 5 element Yagi antenna aimed S amd inclined at 45 degrees.
