#Ubrelvy
So I guess the magical migraine pill is working (Ubrelvy - it kills the pain but not the rest of the migraine).

Incredible dreams.

good news: freedom is within view
bad news: I have a blistering migraine

They are calling the pharmacy to get my ubrelvy approved or something so god knows how long I get to suffer. The nurse disappeared to get me ice pack and water and it’s been 20 minutes please let me die

I am THRILLED that you've gotten access to music again.
I hope it continues.

(also, I'll add myself as one more datapoint for Ubrelvy as a migraine pain relief tool, if it helps)

Have you talked to your doctor about newer treatments like gepants? If your current migraine meds aren’t doing the trick, you may have more options.

Advice: Ubrelvy or other CGRP inhibitors (if you’ve only ever tried triptans)
October 5, 2026 at 2:19 AM
None at all. Ubrelvy is an as needed med (abortive, take when migraine starts). It has been an absolute game changer. tripans were giving me various side effects and also rebound headaches.

best thing about migraine - feel better - ubrelvy is awesome if you can get your insurance to cover it

I have heard good things about ubrelvy! I need to ask my headache specialist if it's something I could try. My current migraine meds don't do much of anything.

The triptans feel like they wipe my hard drive and make it very difficult to write, though I am trying a new one that has less side effects. But I will ask my doc about Ubrelvy the next time I see him.

Calling my neuro is the worst one because I now have to go through a REGULAR PHONE TREE just to get to the front desk and then an AI PHONE TREE just to leave a message for the nurse that I need some Ubrelvy samples because it’s gonna rain the next 4 days and that’s my biggest migraine trigger.

200mg of ubrelvy save me, 200mg of ubrelvy save me

Cleo was sleeping upstairs and servant was quiet (later I unwrapped a ubrelvy, Cleo thought it was a purr pop and came flying downstairs)

Ubrelvy kept me from a full-blown migraine yesterday but ugh, postdrome is still kicking my ass

Ubrelvy is my savior. Hope you feel better soon. ❤️

Took a bunch of ubrelvy, an ice helmet, and a hot neck wrap, but yeah. How about you? Better today?
September 19, 2026 at 5:10 PM
Did fuck all. Added Zofran and an Aleve. Will do an Ubrelvy if no progress in a bit. Ugh.
September 17, 2026 at 12:55 AM
I couldn't tolerate it (which is a shame, because it helped immediately), but a lot of folks can. I do tolerate Nurtec and Ubrelvy well.

Cool cool. Definitely have a migraine, and the Ubrelvy I took an hour ago isn't helping. I really really have to be in the office tomorrow (major donors from the UK are visiting, to talk additional material deposit) so 🤞 that it improves. Do have Nurtec samples that I can try in the am if needed.

Petsitting for my sister overnight and my head is killing me and nothing I'm doing seems to be kicking it. Heat, ice, food, caffeine, water, Ubrelvy, Baclofen, stretching, pool. I wish I could stop awake grinding. I hate ride it out days. 🙃😭😩😞😓 #chronicpain #spoonie #neisvoid #TMJD

I keep falling asleep and the dreams are alarming.

I'm glad ubrelvy is there when you need it!

Today in "healthcare is a human right" + invisible illness awareness:
I have FHM, an inherited neurological disorder. W/o ins: meds would be $12k Ajovy, $9k Ubrelvy, $12k Botox. I pay $2k/yr bc I have good insurance. For-profit healthcare is immensely cruel. I would not be functional w/o these meds.

genuinely might take a pic with some ubrelvy next time I wear that costume. for the bit.
September 9, 2026 at 3:26 AM
Aimovig as a preventative, Ubrelvy as a one-off abortive...that combo really changed things for my wife! Migraines are the worst.
September 9, 2026 at 12:29 AM
lil ubrelvy would've cleared all that right up and then she'd have used the psycho gundam to kill earth's elites
September 9, 2026 at 3:25 AM
Thanks buddy, me too. Maybe Ubrelvy will work 😅
