#Unignorable
getting dems to turn on transphobia by like. fucking encouraging types like amy acton "hey you should definitely publicly embarrass schumer and clyburn. be as loud as possible while you do it. make sure you're really transphobic while you do it so the subject is unignorable in discussions too."

Yesterday I used the term "extreme center" in a panel discussion and the audience applauded so I'm thinking we're good to go on this.

The center is behaving in an extreme, antidemocratic manner...and this has become an unignorable fact.

Yeah, black baptists working to get everyone to vote on the one early voting weekend this decade, socialists actually working to get votes, Trump and his goons being an unignorable disaster, the fact WE CAN'T AFFORD TO LIVE, there's so much shit but yeah crossing the gatcha goons was the final straw

Yup. Call their weird obsession with children's genitalia just that: WEIRD. Call the deliberate backing away from climate justice what it is: cowardice, capitulation to oligarchs & the perpetual war machine. Be vocal, be unignorable, & tell the truth.

What I tell my college students:

Vote. I won't tell you how to vote, but it is your responability to vote. Politicians have ignored young people because they vote in lower numbers. You must make yourselves and your generation unignorable.

like there was a more grating millhouse voice thing going on on the campaign trail? it was unignorable? and now it's like almost a normal voice? did i just dream this? lol

imo simply because it's one of the popular Dan songs, the "Rikki"/"Father" thing is a metatextual wound in the Steely Dan oeuvre on par with the blood dripping from GAUCHO-sans-"The Second Arrangement." it's unignorable! I am on medical ketamine.

I suddenly have an extreme and unignorable feeling of dread pertaining to my superiors knowledge of my mental health

Until Nov. 4th, I hope "it" means a horrifying, unignorable gaffe that convinces Republican voters to stay home.

After the election, "it" can mean what we're all hoping.

I think "super intelligence" doesn't properly represent the digital aspect of the term, so I propose "super technical intelligence"
STI will be an unignorable part of your life, get used to it.

it's not like i believe cis courts/govts will enforce anything for us regardless, but i think it's both historically important to make cis people actually write it down & immediately important for trans political consciousness and organizing to have this shit be as blatant & unignorable as possible.

Other considerations: Hypers are huge and unable to hide their sexuality. They shouldn't be made to feel that normalacy is to "hide". A hyper's normal life is to have unignorable body parts. I say we wear clothes that help with mobility, show off our lovely parts, and help us grow bigger.

Okay, then thanks. At any rate, I’m not blaming reporters nor attacking journalism writ large. Just critiquing some unignorable editorial patterns.

Stay real.

AI makes it impossibly easy to be incredibly average.

Don't give in.

Be unignorable.

woah! thoughtful and reasonable reply! I see where you're coming from. I'd be entirely willing to vote for electoral reform democrats in primaries as they exist now, but where are they? there aren't nearly enough for our votes to ever build an unignorable movement and I think that's by design

The UK government met 137 times with representatives of the tech industry - and not once with environmental groups - in designing its AI policy, new research shows

The government doesn't want to hear how truly hated these things are. Make yourself unignorable

Like with discussions about bringing back religion for this or that social good. I think in a lot of secular societies, even one's historically connected to christianity, christianity just can't do it. It's central, unignorable proposition is just really hard to swallow, more than just "god exists"
