Very nice to see that we have a plenary session on asymptotic TB (previously known as subclinical TB) during #UnionConf2024. Very important topic to understand better to adjust our epidemiological estimates and #PublicHealth interventions!

As always, #UnionConf2024 was fantastic. This year, I especially enjoyed the TBScience sessions, focus on pharmacology and discussions with catching up with colleagues. Bali was magnificent 🏖️

Lots of discussion on phase 3 TB vaccine trials at #UnionConf2024. We desperately need more trial sites but hearing stories of sites/countries feeling abused by sponsors as delays in site initiation/IP and competitive recruitment mean “less favored” sites likely to end up out of pocket.

Major international conferences like #TB #UnionConf2024 can be overwhelming, especially for #neurodiverse folks. The batik artists' work in the #CommunityConnect space was a beautiful and grounding reminder of the intersection between #art and #science
