Eine mögliche Alternative wäre Viraleze.
War heute mit meinem Anwalt bei einer wichtigen Verhandlung. Hab ihm erzählt, dass ich auf #Maske verzichte aus Sorge um Ressentiments, die die Entscheidung negativ beeinflussen (stattdessen Viraleze + Lüftungsanlage). Und dass ich das doof finde, solche Überlegungen anstellen zu müssen.

Fazit: Die Studie liest sich wie ein Werbeprospekt für #Viraleze: Verträglich wie #Algovir, jedoch mit antiviralen Eigenschaften. Von #VirX müsste man hiernach abraten.
An weiteren Infos zur Einordnung, ob Viraleze wirklich so ein Wundermittel ist, wäre ich sehr interessiert. 🙂

I studiously avoid large indoor crowds, and I minimize dining out.
I mask on public transit.
I snort Viraleze 1-4 times a day - safe and effective.
If I feel in any way dodgy, I gargle with mouthwash containing CPC (not for daily/chronic use).

My second tool is Viraleze. It's a benign nasal spray, which can be bought online from the UK. I have looked at the validation studies, and they are impressive. It's not cheap, but it is worth it, IMO.
Again, no relationship with this company, I just think this is excellent prophylaxis.

Ich persönlich finde Viraleze in der Anwendung angenehmer als VirX, was aber auch am besseren Sprühmechanismus liegt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass es auch nach Anbruch gut haltbar ist. Ich hatte deshalb vor einiger Zeit zu Viraleze gewechselt.

Given the Americans have identified the PBS as a target, perhaps the TGA could see its way to approving Viraleze (viraleze.co.uk). Made in Australia, approved around the world but not here. High efficacy as a preventative and a treatment for COVID, RSV, flu and other respiratory viruses

Heute Abend wird hier die erste Party seit 2019 geschmissen (Luftfilter, Viraleze, CPC, Leute sind sensibilisiert für Symptome und machen Tests), so dermaßen Bock drauf und jetzt noch diese Bude und der Punkt drauf, vielen Dank für die Endorphine, Jenser, ICH tanz jetzt schon los gleich #M05SVW

Agreed! Anecdotally, the iota-carrageenan sprays combined with viraleze have kept my immediate family COVID free for almost 2 years. I wish they would all wear respirators more consistently as I do, but am happy they are willing to try to protect themselves.

Interesting discussion with pharmacist while having Covid jab, I'd asked if nose sprays eg Viraleze were actually effective against viruses & he said yes, they definitely help reduce both catching it & severity.
I don't think Viraleze is available in UK now but he recommended Vicks 1st Defence.

I get around this with prodigious use of a nasal spray like Viraleze or Dymista. I have a personal air purifier and a little UVC light which I put on the desk in front of me. Happy to share details of brands etc.

It absolutely is possible. Wear a mask. Get a personal hepa filters. Get nasal spray like viraleze. Get vaccinated regularly. Inform people not to visit when sick. Plenty of things to keep yourself safer
