PSA: Nasal sprays like Norizite* limit hayfever as well as infection with airborne diseases. I forgot to use it yesterday and my eyes were streaming from tree pollen to extent I couldn’t read. Today I did not forget; no streaming. Science! Wish I’d known years ago. *1 I use, other brands available!

Agreed! Anecdotally, the iota-carrageenan sprays combined with viraleze have kept my immediate family COVID free for almost 2 years. I wish they would all wear respirators more consistently as I do, but am happy they are willing to try to protect themselves.
