#OnThisDay - 29 April 1981, Bernard Mason one time resident of #Tymperleys and collector of #Colchester clocks died. Much of his collection can still be seen in #Hollytrees @ColMuseums @VisitColchester

Top cow and goat spotting action today. As I was counting the goats, a bloke accompanied by wife and small child was leaning on the gate, asking me questions about them. First question, straight out of the gate: "Do you ever get immigrants climbing in and eating them?" #VisitColchester
