This is Literally HELL already, and so was this Country... Power Outage lasted for 2 hours, and it was terrible! it was caused by Floods, or maybe the Substation built at a terrible place(it should've built on Mountains instead)

Great! By my Bad Luck. The LPA transforms into a Tropical Cyclone, it's currently a Tropical Storm.(according to PAGASA, it was Depression) But since it hit land, i think it will weakening!! Anyway, it's Rainy Outside!!🌧️
