i made vaults for my lil' end update mod thing i got that i might try to actually do something with someday and. i think i struck gold LOL
the 'ominous' variant is actually 'elytron' variants aka they'd be the way you get elytra now. also both reference enderman eye colors :)
A set of 3 End-themed vault textures, replacing the Trial Key head with an Enderman head, turning the Tuff into Purpur and using the concept's new 'Enderoak' wood (which is also implied to be the green material used on End Portal Frames) for the lights. Off has dark lights, On has bright lights that give the Enderman green eyes (like how it originally appeared), Ejecting emulates the way Endermen look when enraged. A set of 3 Elytra-themed vault textures. They look similar to the previous image, but now use Elytra colors for the parts that were previously Purpur, the Enderman head has an Elytra shape behind it, and the lights have been swapped to purple via using the concept's 'Foalt' woodtype colors.

Oooh interesting! I got to play with some Delittle woodtype from York during a letterpress workshop in the Robert Smail’s Printworks caseroom in Innerleithen (in the south of Scotland) a while ago.

It was really lovely to work with the texture of the woodgrain in the prints I made.

Unlikely. The "Elektra' type mark isn't italic or nearly as bottom heavy as the "THE."

THE is a Victorian woodtype alphabet that got revived in the psychedelic era under different names. It looks like a rounded edge variation of Bulletin Script fontsinuse.com/typefaces/33...

There was a beautiful moment printing PEACE over waves (made from bamboo by Columbia Gorge Book Arts). Taking a ghost print revealed the waves left on each letter, fragile and echoing.
