Everyone is talking about AI's water use.

AI data centres are projected to consume ~1 trillion litres a year by 2028.

Livestock already consumes ~228 trillion litres. Around 200x more, and more than 90% of it goes to feed.

A new water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facility built by @afghanistan.unicef.org and partners means that students like Alia don't have to miss out on education. Around 80 families, and approximately 10,000 people in the wider community, also have access to water they can trust. #WorldWaterWeek
