—more sourdough adventures: 3 months in, I baked a loaf using just starter for the 2nd time, and this one rose and has an ear! Crust is dark, so will try less time and/or lower temp next (a good idea for the upcoming heat wave anyway).

—today I did a #bookbinding workshop at Wells Book Arts Center, folding pages, piercing the paper with an awl, sewing the binding, and gluing the covers. I have some trouble lining things up well, but I love the #imperfection of #handmade things.
