Should have went to an OT hand specialist. OT's also work on compensation besides endurance and strengthening. Try OT, even acupunture may help if chronic pain.

The amount of unsolicited randos feeling the need to tell me that hypno/acupunture are scams/placebos/cons is really very irritating and condescending. Sure, they won't work every time or for everyone, but neither do drugs and there is absolutely evidence that they do work.

Shoulder ultrasound + x-ray yesterday for a fracture I sustained 2 Summers ago from a bike accident. Now we wait for results to see how it’s healed. I still have chronic pain in that area & sometimes it’s so bad I need to take a T3 but Physio helps, I just gotta try to be more consistent about it.

I probably shouldn't admit this cuz it'll get contradicted soon via jinxing but I do not choose to always do the acupunture event in uma musume when it appears but. when i do choose to do it. i literally have never gotten the bad result. it's kind of astonishing.

Yes!!! But... Generally, traditional Chinese medicine, including acupunture, is to keep you well, not so much to treat one time maladies. So sometimes no quick fixes. Not like western drugs treating something. But go to a licensed good one!

so i started a lot of physical therapy again, a dry needling session (acupunture at a PT clinic) for my core tightness, then... covid was also happening. at least one big lung infection & i use an inhaler now as my whole core softens and realigns
anyway, that's one reason i aim to live forever

Had an amazing day physically, literally pain-free right up until my last 2 hours. Now I’m mid-commute (waiting for my second bus) and I wanna pull this boot off so damn bad cause my neuropathy is choosing NOW to flare up. Can’t wait to see my new doc next week so I can start acupunture.
