Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus was known by the agnomen "Cunctator" for his strategy of avoiding pitched battle with Hannibal's forces.

His nickname may be translated as "the delayer", or in more modern terms "the gooner".

Scipio Africanus was named Publius Cornelius Scipio, and then Africanus was an added "agnomen," after his victory over Hannibal at Zama. His father was also named Publius Cornelius Scipio. "Africanus" as an agnomen was a major upgrade for the Scipiones, as previous ones included Ass and Baldy.

latin titles usually are an adjective describing your conquests in some sense. i.e. fabian of fabian strategy fame being given the agnomen cunctator (the delayer), or scipio africanus for his defining victories in africa. so my first instinct would be something relating to bees.

Major accomplishments should come with the option to add an additional name, like the Romans did (the agnomen).
