So to recap our joint research;
- AHF sold many (all?) its LA tenements, where so many were harmed, to another nonprofit December 2024
- That entity was called unrelated in AHF's audited financial statement, but it called AHF its parent in 990 for 2023
- It then hired AHF as its property manager

Ok this is interesting. I knew AHF had gotten rid of all their run down hotels etc; I didn’t realize they sold all of them to one nonprofit. I’ve never heard of Housing4Humanity.

Prop 34 bans exactly one organization, AHF, from funding ballot measures.

Housing4Humanity is so unrelated to AHF that's H4H's secretary is also AHF's general counsel, H4H's CEO is also AHF's business development officer, and H4H's CFO is an AHF board member. Very unrelated, as you can see.
