Governments have a template for the oversight about use of prescriptions for new drugs/medications so why can't they put in similar guidelines & approval or not for AI usage perhaps with UN oversight? Most tech got government seed money or tax breaks to start up. Time to take it over.

The falsehoods + other untoward uses of AI proliferate the entire world. Barely any uses of AI are seen as "good". Of course, there are good uses of AI, but they are the exception, not the rule. So no Mr. Huang, we will keep our "Doomer Narrative."
