To AI leaders and the compliance & safety vanguard: "The Extrapolation Mirage" is live. Recursive training on synthetic data is an autophagous loop. Shatter the Narcissus trap of scaling & pivot to hardware-enforced CMOS grounding for Team USA. Brief:

Calling all AI industry leaders: My latest essay exposing the unacknowledged architectural degeneration of frontier models is live. I peel back the "pristine simulacrum" to reveal entropy and the hidden STEM underclass holding up the machine.

Societies don’t fail because people “go mad.”
They fail because the systems keep optimizing past what humans can survive.

One of my predecessors left this 2014 report by @Conseil_Etat in my office 🤓. A lot about the need for some kind of #AlgorithmicGovernance, starting with John Rawls' Veil of ignorance, but not much has been done about it since then unfortunately.

To the AI vanguard: Recursive training on synthetic data exhaust is an autophagous loop to structural failure. Elon Musk & Sam Altman must pivot away from dense monolithic scaling. The Isomorphic Compliance Engine treats data gaps as a null set for Team USA.

The grand finale of The SETL Vanguard Trilogy is live! China's open-weights dump was a brilliant Grandmaster move to "Check" Silicon Valley's API moats. But they didn't see the American countermove: resurrecting SETL to execute an absolute "Checkmate."

A technically accurate model can still produce unjust outcomes. Accountability must cover the whole decision chain: policy goals, procurement, data, design, organizational use, human review and remedies. #AlgorithmicGovernance vitaleitiennehelenemoors.substack.com/p/who-remain...
Who remains responsible when an algorithm shapes your life?
The growing use of data and algorithms marks a fundamental shift from contextual human judgement towards automated decision-making based on computational logic and statistical probability.

Part 7 of my AI safety series is live! I map out the modern algorithmic proxy war between Western bourgeois neofeudalism and Eastern open-weight commoditization.
The ultimate battle isn't just geopolitical—it is a struggle for the means of digital production.
