I'm enjoying 'The Faith of Beasts' much more than the first book. I think that's mostly a function of starting to warm to some of the main characters - I like spending time with Campar and Jessyn (Dafyd Alkhor less so, so far).- though it's also that they're exploring the universe they've created.
