Georgia Democrats sweep statewide races.

They win Senate.
They win governor.
They win secretary of state.
They win attorney general.
They win labor commissioner.
They win school superintendent.
They win the public service commission.

They also win state House.

All flips, except U.S. Senate race.

Democrats can now undo all the ridiculous gerrymanders in Texas to make sure Republicans won’t be able to continue minority rule in that state by rigging the system.

I am so proud of all the organizers and activists in Texas who never gave up on this state or its people, even in the bleakest moments. We all owe you so much.

When it would have been much easier to cater to cynicism, James Talarico ran a campaign filled with hope. He has inspired Texans from all walks of life, from all corners of this state, to believe a better future is possible.

State charges for them all.

its gonna be annoying as hell to hear all the "woke is back!" and "we can go back to brunch!" talk tomorrow when all girls in washington will be undergoing state-mandated genital inspections in order to punish trans girls for existing.

All states must standardize their list of state symbols, and there can be no repeats.

If one state has a state fossil, every state must have one.

Whoever picked (for instance) the Western Meadowlark as state bird first gets to keep it.
What's your most ridiculous, newly emboldened political demand?

(Absurd answers only.)

The Democrats now completely control Texas. They can un-gerrymander the state and repeal all the voter supression laws. Republicans aren’t winning Texas in 2028.
November 4, 2026 at 8:04 AM
the thing I can't get over is the GOP just getting wiped in all these random state offices in texas

like they had a 9-0 state supreme court, and then today dems might sweep all judicial seats on the ballot and make it 5-4

47's closing argument was deeply compelling: Pro-Iran War, Ballroom, Triumphal Arch, Helipad, Luxury Golf Course, Reflecting Pool, Obtain Greenland, not being laughed at, etc. Don Jr's was even stronger: "They want to make Ohio a state!" I agonized over my decision, but ultimately, voted all BLUE.🗳️

Democrats Currently Lead All Four Texas Supreme Court Races...

...and the state House looks like a possible flip. It is impossible to understate how thoroughly routed Texas Republicans could be when this night ends.

Keisha Lance Bottoms: Tonight should remind us all that no matter what community we come from, Georgia is not defined by one moment in time or by one person. It's been defined by all of us, and I will be a governor for everyone in this state.

The actual message lesson tonight is that despite their control of the state and the media and all of our communication platforms people have experienced fascism and fucking HATE it

Moreover, ICE must be destroyed

For fifteen years, my native state of Indiana has suffered under one-party rule. But today, a new generation of leaders, like J.D. Ford and Beau Bayh, showed us all what's possible when you invest in so-called red states.
