Playing around with Hono, SST, and ApiGateway had my head spinning with CORS issues
1. Forgot how ApiGateway handled headers
2. "*" for AllowHeaders isn't always the solution
3. Preflight handling needed to be done on the Hono side?
Remembering 1 would've made this all easier but 🙃
