I think LSS has just determined that instants not being able to block was just arbitrary and a limitation on design.

Just suggest 4 extra SCOTUS seats for every person they confirm during that time. Thats on top of the 4 seats they are planning. That would be 21 justices. Still not enough really. The reform we need is a constitutional amendment. Just abolish and go to judicial consensus from hundreds of judges.

Why he wants to be a bad senator now is beyond me, unless for he wants it as his steppingstone to some kind of an appointment to some kind of a job I guess. Probably one where he doesn’t have to do a heck of a lot, except maybe pontificate.

I didn't meet Jesus after several weeks in a coma, with pneumonia and sepsis after a cardiac arrest. But the Dr's told me you really must have important work to finish, because you shouldn't be here.
