Nice and misty today with a bit of a breeze. Didn’t have a great night’s sleep but I seemed to bounce out of bed and found the run quite easy, listening to my audiobook with a metronome backbeat.

Interested to know if you (or anyone) has ever managed to buy anything from Backbeat…? The one time I tried to get in his shop (virtually impossible) he stopped me and said “What are you looking for?” I said I was just after a browse… ”That’s not how it works” never went in and never been back!
