which is a lot more forgiving than you'd think. Especially if you're in the "not a worry now, but might be later" section. Its all in avoiding bloodglucose spikes to spare your pancreas. Eating small amounts often is your best buddy, even if it isn't exactly.. "healthy food" 😁🤷

A study of #bloodglucose in women with #breastcancer found levels ⬇️ slightly during chemotherapy vs. baseline. Without proper management, these changes may ⬆️ the risk of morbidity + mortality.
