I don’t believe in the term “skinny fat.”

It’s another body shaming term that’s been normalized. Using this term to tear someone down is a tactic to influence one to lose weight is very harmful.

It’s a small thing to me. Yet also a big thing. If freedom of nudity was a thing I wouldn’t have to wear clothes. Yet. The ones I need to wear at “work” equate to about 5-6kg. My natural weight is the difference. I’ve lost weight. This makes me happy.

But really, like I stated to respond to this post for solidarity and when I got to the Autism I realized how ashamed I was because my own Stigma around some of it. It was like wtf, like "can't call out your own Masking, Babe, or ot all falls apart!" Butnreallynit has been just falling apart. I'm trying to heal as intake down Aspects that are not ,not ingenuine, but still born from Masking. Idk it gets so tricky, but then the "self ableism" about it just causes a whole other domino, but yeah. I'm constantly short of spoons. I hope you are well. You are not alone. Never hesitate to reach out. Shame is tricky. There are communities for us all, truly. It can be a huge part of the Healing.
