Of a note here: At least *one* popular callblocker app, Robokiller, actually incorporates a *specific* featureset ("Robocall Revenge") that can be best described as "Actively troll unsolicited callers"; I'd be surprised if polling calls weren't being messed with via that particular "feature".

Note to the wise. The CPR CallBlocker (for junk phone calls) works well. Not perfect, but well. 90% of unwanted calls, from scamsters are gone. 1st time in years.
