A Caol Ila 12yr old opened tonight. A nice balance of citrus, salinity, sweetness and peated smoke on the nose and palate. The finish is lovely and keeps asking questions of your taste senses! A nice peated Islay dram. Slàinte Mhath 🥃🥃 #whisky #caolila #islaywhisky #scotch
