Surprisingly, I was able to whip this up in 5 minutes and it just works™️.
UE5's Chooser plugin is surprisingly powerful, allowing automatic selection of corresponding assets depending on input parameters. Because of this, I can use the same ability for both grounded and aerial states.

In some ancient scandinavian traditions, the dead were buried in "stone ships", graves with large stones in the outline of a ship. It's theorized that Sessrumnir is meant to evoke a stone ship, hence the connection. And it makes sense considering Freyja's position as a chooser of the slain!
