Hope you're right. I can't help but think it's instead a side effect of people being comparatively more comfortable as they age, "mankind is prone to suffer while evils are sufferable" etc etc

I view this list more as an indication of the wisdom gained with age with regard to admitting to supporting violence to a stranger with a clipboard. Gen Z is right, just less prone to filtering.
