We are in a time where consensus can be manufactured by algorithms in social media on our devices. The tech broligarchy class knows this. They can manipulate people in subtle ways to be ok with racism in furtherance of an agenda that their algorithm has them fired up to support. Divide and conquer

- low barrier to entry
- genuinely decentralized distribution and many hosting options
- no algorithm, much more intentionality to podcast consumption

First pass, if you see “good” sources being returned, ie high quality peer reviewed papers from experts in your field, and in fact from the authors of the algorithm, it’s a good sign that the bot found its way to a pocket of token space that represents consensus knowledge on what you asked it for.

Folks really need to understand that the context that really matters for a review is the reviewer and the score is unique to that person. You cannot effectively aggregate scores and retain their meaning. There's no magic algorithm that will allow for a consensus opinion about something.
