The Gender Critical legal movement wants to elide different things under the banner of "gender ideology".
Hence being against transphobia is political and contestable, trans flags are political and contestable, and ultimately *being transgender* will be political and contestable.

It's alarming how many people need to hear this: racism is not the natural and inevitable response to the presence of (the wrong number of) racialised Others. It is a learned response, and as such it is contestable and replaceable.

The most frustrating part is the reporter just not saying no. Not "agree to disagree" or "contestable." Say no, they're not they're, it's photoshopped and you're lying. Trump's going to yell at you anyway and it's not that important to move on to something else for him to lie about.
