What if we speed ran Corbynism but occasionally gestured at trees?
September 17, 2026 at 6:23 PM
Blue Labour is the worst bits of Corbynism combined with the worst bits of Toryism.
February 10, 2025 at 3:42 PM
Bluntly: denouncing fascists and rejecting racism sounds like student politics, to most of our Sensible leaders. It looks like silly, placard-waving Corbynism. The politics of protest, and so on.

Starmer didn’t purge Corbynism from the Labour party.

He purged the left.

But “Corbynism” was a much easier pill for everyone to swallow.

This is correct in that the worst bit of Corbynism was the PLP
The politics understander has logged on. Where to even begin with these dipshits?

'American Corbynism' lmao

'struggle against Corbynism'.

Why were you struggling against the elected leader of the Labour Party Ben?

True Corbynism has never been attempted

Its 2017. Centrists are crying about Corbynism

It is 2024. Centrists are crying about Corbynism

I am now in November 2025. Centrists are crying about Corbynism.

it doomed Corbynism

we promised Corbynism without Corbyn but we've got a new plan:

Starmerism without Starmer

I remember it being obvious at the time there was a strong, undeclared pro-Brexit impulse in Corbynism, but it's not often admitted as candidly as this.
February 1, 2025 at 9:22 AM
It is like a cruel but accurate joke someone made up about the left: "Two Corbynites walk into a pub and fall out over the definition of Corbynism. One of them was Corbyn."

Just join the Greens, Zarah. You will be so much happier.
September 18, 2025 at 3:04 PM
once you realise this is all factional revenge against corbynism and their motivations are basically disciplining the public out of spite it makes a lot more sense
August 12, 2025 at 5:40 PM
Even more depressing that they see nothing available for Lab other than McS's Blue Labourism or Corbynism.

Janan Ganesh on Corbynism: "the essence of these people is that they're just thick as pigshit"

tbh i think this is fairly easy to answer: the sectors that birthed Corbynism in Old Labour vs Polanski's eco-populism come from very different class formations
Ex-Corbynites exuding schadenfreude at Starmer's self-inflicted disasters need to ask themselves why someone like Zack Polanski and before him Caroline Lucas when faced with the Labour establishment seems able to avoid all the traps that Corbyn and co so enthusiastically plunged into
February 8, 2026 at 2:11 PM
Starmer being a massive cunt doesn't vindicate Corbyn or Corbynism. Sorry.
