People are just sick of jumping through hundreds of hoops just for an interview. Nobody writes hundreds of individual coverletters, especially when most recruiters won't even look at them.

coverletters er også lidt skøre - jeg ved ikke selv hvad jeg skal skrive rigtigt udover hvorfor jeg synes det er fedt at arbejde for jer, og måske et par ting jeg særligt vil fremhæve gør mig godt egnet til stillingen.
