A thread of BIPOC-owned, ethically sourced, craft chocolate makers. This in not a complete list, but just ones I've personally enjoyed and are fairly transparent about their cacao sources and fair payment to farmers.
More will be added as I go.

IT BEGINS!!✨
Making my first batch of chocolate, 65% dark chocolate with vanilla and roasted sugar.
I'm using a mix of older nibs I had for this test run, but it's already delicious. Excited to see how it tastes at the end of 12 hours!

Roasted my new batch of cacao beans and hoo boy winnowing these suckers is the devil's work.
Next time I'll just sit and peel each one, and then I can decide which is the lesser evil.
