I really need to go like, at least learn how to phonetically read cyrilic, even if I don't think I could actually gather enough energy or motivation to learn any of the languages written with it.

Cyrillic wasn't invented by St Cyril. Cyril and Methodius created the Glagolitic alphabet. The Cyrilic was a creation of some of their students in Preslav, Bulgaria. And today is a good day to yet again. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_of_...

this is making me think of a girl character version with like
- height far shorter than is normal for her species (if a tall race)
- "lithe" and "curvy" in the same description
- illegible nightmare description with cyrilic used for ~aesthetique~
- breasts are called anything but breasts
