#deathcap
for doc it's deathcaps. it resembles many edible mushrooms and supposedly tastes quite pleasant!... it also causes liver and kidney failure!
this + the fact that symptoms don't appear for days-weeks after consumption make it particularly deadly. which is fitting
also it has his color palette :-)

There's one called the Deathcap mushroom, a tiny amount can kill you, but it looks like a Field mushroom which is a common edible one. Very scary!!

26/100 - A Deathcap Mushroom!

My dad let me borrow his fancy pencil for this one and I’m amazed at how much easier it made proper shading!

A bit late for #Wildflowerhour, but lots of fun guys out on my walk this morning. Not sure about no.2, but I would name it Lion’s Mane! I think the others are: English penny, liver milkcap, false deathcap, fly agaric and conical brittlestem.

A few fungi from a visit to Roydon Common on Tuesday 6/10 - one of a large group of Deathcaps around an oak, the underside of a Fairy-ring Champignon, and Sphagnum Greyling and Sphagnum Brownie both found near the edge of the mire.

One of today's #FungiFinds was a False Deathcap (Amanita citrina), with its pale lemony cap, membranous ring, and stipe ending in a large basal bulb. Under beech. #fungi #shrooms

This looks kind of like a white button but it's obviously something else. It could be a death cap for all I know. Any experts out there able to identify this mushroom at this stage?

Deathcap by @larazontally.bsky.social (nasty, positive modifier, really stuck in my head for weeks) Ghost in the Tank by @mruthrobinson.bsky.social (toxic, positive modifier, chef’s kiss), Euthanasia Influx by Rowan Hill (terrifying, horrified modifier, that ending tho!) … & many more, but time’s up

Fungi from today. The 1st was in the garden: I never noticed fungi in the lawn before! Some kind of Waxcap? Also on my walk the Deathcap, apparently the most poisonous fungi on earth responsible for 90% of all poisonings 😬, & Volvariella gloiocephala: edible but easily confused with Deathcap 😱

So DO NOT put deathcap mushrooms and antifreeze in my pasta even if a game with hotties tells me to?

(6/6) 6. Rabadon’s Deathcap

Rabadon’s has always been a ‘luxury item’ due to Rods being so valuable, and it’s reflected in it’s radiant version as well.

As expected it’s great on AP units like Azir, Ahri, Kha’Zix, Morgana, Lux and Pebbles.

Toadstools is how I’ve always understood and written it, and I have no idea if it’s the same as Scarlet Deathcap. It may have a different name in different places.

Tengutake ("天狗茸") - [Yokai Bonsai] - is the Japanese common name for a number of very dangerous toxic mushrooms in the Amanitaceae family (commonly known elsewhere as the "deathcap.") Fittingly, named after the equally dangerous, mythological "Tengu." 👺🍄 samkalensky.com/products/ten...
