ICE posted another detainee death report on its FOIA Library today. This one is for Charles Leo Daniel, a 61-year-old man from Trinidad who died in ICE custody in 2024 after four years in ICE detention at the Northwestern Immigrant Processing Center in Tacoma, WA.
