So for very rough analysis NOAA sea level rise viewer . But offhands coastal bay area you're not only dealing with sea level rise but rising groundwater (will link separately) and that shit is not well modeled

An amazing resource. Our town will see lots of river flooding, but it appears our house will be safe. We're far enough from the coast that sea level rise won't impact us directly. Some local roads, however, may get tricky.
