This just took me down a rabbit hole. I'm not an expert, but electron transport chain Complex IV has a 2 CuA electron acceptor (often called dinuclear CuA) and a CuB/heme a3 (often called the binuclear catalytic site).
But according to IUPAC dinuclear is preferred:
