Rolls for half-frame day are pictures! If anything the Ecofilm makes UFX 100 faster than box - definitely dense negatives. Scanning later tonight probably.

Getting my half-frame day rolls prepped in the Patterson - first time I'm changing developer in a while. Trying out Bellini Ecofilm - a liquid xtol clone. Hoping the softer grain may be advantageous for half-frame over my usual HC-110.

I’ll try the EcoFilm eventually and their Gradual ST20 looks interesting as it’s an old school formula that hasn’t been made for ages. Supposed to be good for higher speed films.

I have been looking at the Bellini catalog as well and may try some of that. The EcoFilm developer appear to be liquid XTOL that can be used one shot.

Great crowd for the September EcoFilm Night! Lots of interesting questions for the director, Emmett Brennan, who joined us via Zoom following the screening. "Reflections: a Walk with Water" made an impression on us all.
