Marco Baity-Jesi with Eawag discussed AI during Tuesday's plenary at #SETACVienna and concluded it has great potential in #ecotoxicity. He outlined limitations and suggested how they can be overcome.

Their "ecotoxicity" metric is "are you using pesticides/herbicides/etc", so it's by definition a win for organic, because that's basically the definition of organic farming. It's not actually a measure of planetary harm.
