This fella built an open source Dolby Atmos encoder that works perfectly on everything but certified hardware due to DRM.
At this point listeners pay to be locked out of audio files encoded by artists who didn't pay for the privilege of encoding to the format.

FWIW - I didn't use a MCU to read the encoder and drive the stepper driver. The rotary encoder outputs quadrature, which matches the pulse train needed to drive the controller.

Honestly a bit shocked to see so many artists swooning over this when all they want is a minimal FFmpeg GUI, something that already exists in droves, for free, & without absurd DRM limitations.
Support devs who make the complex libraries for these tools, not those selling pricey hyped-up wrappers.

#Symfony 7.3 comes with a new JSON encoder component that is super efficient (10 times faster than the Serializer component with 2 times less memory). Great way to stream JSON payloads when combined with StreamedResponse.

If you need videos to be under 50mb for Bluesky, using Adobe Media Encoder set "Maximum File Size" to 50MB it will handily export a file which is exactly 51 megabytes.
