1/. There are people with genuine gluten sensitivity — it’s called Celiac Disease, or gluten-sensitive enteropathy — & we as a society do need to make reasonable accommodations for those people when it comes to making gluten-free options available to them, & at a reasonable price.

Treatment for the severe protein losing enteropathy I had.

It just felt like they had decided I wasn’t worth the trouble. When you treat a patient that way they might decide to take you up on it because the power imbalance leads to hopelessness.

No problem. It was a protein losing enteropathy. I was starving and my albumin was so low I had fluid weeping out of my legs.

It was awful and I was suffering, but it was 100% treatable.

It wasn’t because of long covid it was severe malnutrition due to a protein losing enteropathy.

All provinces allow it to be suggested now.

I’m going to link some examples but as I said it’s happened to me and many others like me. We have no reason to lie.

Non-caseating small-bowel granulomas most commonly suggest Crohn’s disease, but don't go thinking they are pathognomonic! Other causes include sarcoidosis, CVID enteropathy, mycobacteria, Yersinia, Whipple’s, fungi, parasites, drugs, lymphoma, and malignancy reactions.

Outcomes After Lymphatic Embolization for Protein-Losing Enteropathy in Congenital Heart Disease
CONCLUSIONS: A combined IH + PD embolization strategy was associated with higher initial response rates and longer duration of remission compared with IH embolization alone. These findings support a more comprehensive embolization approach as a promising interventional therapy for this high-risk population.

Friends, we're ok
I spent the evening thoroughly disinfecting the balcony and doing a deep clean of the apartment
The vets told my son that the intestinal problems in all three kittens seem to be related to parasite-related enteropathy just like their mama cat
They're now being examined and treated
