Most everyone has heard of the 2 main fear responses, fight or flight. Recently there have been more responses that have been identified. These are freeze, fawn, and find/flock.

For me, I am definitely firmly in the freeze and fawn categories. I'll touch on each to explain why.

During a state audit a car caught fire in the parking lot. Instead of using the extinguisher right in front of me, I grabbed buckets of water for an electrical fire. A real example of how fear makes you do crazy things. #FearResponse #CrisisMoments
