We mask but my kid brought home a cold. Very mild, wife caught it and it was worse but not terrible. Both tested negative for Covid/FluA/B w pluslife but I don’t have RSV tests. Doesn’t seem as bad as RSV. I’ve avoided it so far with ventilation, but as long as it’s not one of the Big Two no worries

I have a primary immune deficiency. And I clearly have some sort of persistent respiratory virus. I have had 4 negative PCRs for “all the things” in the last few weeks. But my RATS are intermittently positive for “all the things”…

I’m just glad our flu swab has covid and rsv as a combo - if you want one, you get 4 (flua/b/covid/rsv) and I can’t stop it. Bawhaahahaaa.

No totally, when I asked for a strep throat a few months ago they made me to that + flua/b and it ended up being PEM and allergies
I'm sure you also know about the saline rinses and cpc mouthwash after exposure, my roommate does that when he travels for work and he hasn't gotten me sick since 2020

- 2 cases of severe rhabdomyolysis with kidney failure caused by Flu B
- FluA myocarditis - pt had troponin > 50,000

Could also be RSV or FluA or B? They’re expensive ($10each) but Life Pharmacy has these.

Wastewater based epidemiology is an amazing tool. We're looking to add RSV, FluA/B and a panel of enterics so we can see where the spikes are, better prep the response.
