I'm phrasing this deliberately vaguely, but if you are using a particular high-accuracy test model that offers combination fluA/fluB/RSV and SCoV2/fluA/fluB testing options, then false positives for flu B are common.

This season we are seeing more complications of flu due to the high case numbers and a late second peak of cases. In the last 10 days I have seen
- 2 cases of severe rhabdomyolysis with kidney failure caused by Flu B
- FluA myocarditis - pt had troponin > 50,000
