Remember #givingblood is a way to help people and its as long as you are under 65(atleast in my country) its never too late to start❤️🫂

Drink plenty of fluids! Pay attention if you donate and feel faint. Like maybe don't stand up too fast after #givingBlood.
Anyway, I found out I can't give blood very well. My veins #ValveAndRoll. But that is a fantastic thing to find out and know by donating :)

Sometimes sharing a bit of you can save lives and it wasn't a bloody hell of an experience xP #givingblood (my friend almost passed out but was because she had the sun kicking her face so pretty safe and also free snacks xD)
